Built and managed relationships with 50+ principals, billers, banks and providers. Brought partner onboarding down to ~3–7 days by aligning commercial, technical and operational work on H2H integrations.

As the client-side Project Manager, I owned the 0-to-1 scope end to end: requirements, planning, schedule, team and vendor coordination, and documentation. Coding, testing and release were executed by the delivery team. My job was to make sure everyone built the same thing, in the same order, on time.
